Psychotherapy

I work with individuals, couples and groups and offer a welcoming, confidential and non-judgemental space to help you explore whatever it is that has brought you to therapy.

Some of the many issues that come up in therapy that you may want to talk about:

  • you feel stuck, perhaps experiencing depression and low mood

  • you feel stressed with high anxiety, and these are impacting negatively upon your life, work or relationships

  • you have low self-esteem or are lacking in confidence

  • you are searching for more meaning and authenticity in your life

  • you are experiencing loss, grief or bereavement

  • you feel lonely and struggle to form meaningful relationships

  • you had a difficult childhood or have recently experienced trauma, physical, sexual and /or emotional abuse and want to process it

  • you are experiencing changes in your life (personal or professional) and not sure how best to manage them

  • you struggle in your relationships (romantic, professional, friends and family) and would like to explore patterns of behaviour to help resolve conflicts and develop healthier ways of connecting

My work is non-discriminatory, inclusive and LGBT+ affirmative, with respect for the individuality, experience and values of each client.
